Her research focuses on improving child and adolescent mental health by strengthening schools\u2019 capacity to support students, reducing disparities and barriers to mental health care, preparing educators and school staff to support student mental health, and providing support to youth and families following disasters. Her work also examines school bullying and safety, with a particular focus on measuring bullying and using data to inform prevention and school safety planning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Dr. Green has collaborated with schools and school districts and her research has been funded by federal agencies and foundations, including the National Institutes of Health, US Department of Education, and National Institute of Justice. She completed her doctorate at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
