BU Wheelock offers a number of graduate-level, non-degree certificates in a variety of program areas. Applications are processed and reviewed for admission as they are received. The majority of courses within the non-degree certificate programs are charged per credit hour at the BU Wheelock evening rate. To be eligible for a certificate program, you must hold a bachelor\u2019s degree or the international equivalent from an accredited institution before you enroll.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>All admissions decisions will be released via email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>International applicants will not be able to acquire a student visa through this course of study. International students in a certificate program must be on a valid visa that allows for part-time study. International applicants seeking a course of study that is permissible for a full-time student visa should review information on our master&#8217;s, CAGS, and doctoral programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Students will have six years to complete certificate requirements and must maintain at least a 3.0 GPA. Coursework for which you receive a grade under a &#8220;B&#8221; (3.0) will not be counted toward your certificate program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Non-Degree Courses<\/h3>\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h6 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Registration<\/h6><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\">To register for individual courses as a non-degree student:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review our full list of potential course offerings in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/academics\/wheelock\/courses\/\">BU Bulletin<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Reference the Boston University Registrar&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/link\/bin\/uiscgi_studentlink\/uismpl?ModuleName=univschs.pl\">class schedule <\/a> to determine the semester in which your course of interest is being offered<\/li>\n<li>Fill out a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/reg\/files\/2016\/12\/registrationform-v4.pdf\">registration form<\/a> with all required information for your course(s) and email to the Data &amp; Enrollment Management Office at <a href=\"mailto:wherec@bu.edu\">wherec@bu.edu<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h6 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Credit Transfers<\/h6><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\">Should you later be admitted into a degree-granting program, up to eight credits of non-degree coursework can be transferred to the program.
