Whether they\u2019re athletes, musicians, scholars, or other professionals, they continually develop a wide range of skills, such as becoming lifelong learners or learning how to promote their achievements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BU Wheelock recently hosted a panel discussion, \u201cDeveloping Expert Individuals, Teams, and Systems.\u201d Panelists discussed the tools that experts need to continue to thrive in their profession. Stay curious. Do not be content with what you already know. Continue to admit that you do not know everything.
