Edna Leith
Doctoral Student
Edna Leith is a doctoral student in the Education Leadership & Policy Studies program at BU Wheelock College of Education & Human Development. She is interested in leadership experiences and skills to support her work in establishing engaging, supportive, and culturally relevant learning environments for all students, especially those for whom English is not their first language. She has worked as a bilingual educator since 2010, serving children from immigrant families in Somerville, Cambridge, and Boston, where she is currently a multilingual and multicultural instructional coach serving several schools in the Boston Public Schools.
