Explore the science of human excellence and how to proactively support others in attaining and sustaining their full potential at the 2024 BU Wheelock Forum: Thriving Individuals, Teams, and Systems. Join scholars and professionals from across diverse disciplines to examine ways to promote equitable talent development.

Co-hosted by Boston University Wheelock College of Education & Human Development and the Performance Recovery & Optimization (PRO) Lab, the Forum will explore issues related to individual human development, high-performing teams, and equitable and thriving systems. Sessions will offer the opportunity to discuss questions such as, How do high-performing individuals prepare mentally for high-stakes situations? And how can we optimize systems to promote well-being and excellence?
