Transitional Mentors
Welcome to Boston University Wheelock College of Education & Human Development!
The Transitional Mentor (TM) Program is a unique program designed to welcome first year and transfer students to Boston University and BU Wheelock. Each new student is paired with a current student to help mentor them through their first year. Our mentors are available to help students with whatever they need — answering common questions before move-in, acting as a gateway into student life, and serving as a friendly face at all of our events.
We host a variety of fun events throughout the academic year, from an “amazing race” scavenger hunt and fall formal the first two weekends of the fall semester, to relaxing craft nights and even informational sessions. You can find information about all of our events on our Google Calendar!
