  • Ends: 7:00 pm on Tuesday, November 29, 2022
Join Dr. Catherine Ritz for an information session on our World Language Education master’s degree at Boston University's Wheelock College of Education & Human Development. Offered both on-campus and online, the World Language Education program at Boston University prepares aspiring and advancing world language teachers and leaders across a range of languages, with licensure programs in Arabic, Chinese, French, and Spanish. Using a year-long, cohort-based model, we prepare you to teach in a variety of school contexts through coursework in world language pedagogy, second language acquisition, special education, classroom management, foundations of education, and more. We will share information about the program including program design, coursework, and faculty. We will also review admission requirements. There will be ample time to answer questions that you may have as you consider the next steps in your education. We look forward to meeting with you!
