Field Placement Video & Audio Recording Permission Form

BU Wheelock Students should use the protocol below in conjunction with the Field Placement Video & Audio Recording Permission Form.

The BU Wheelock Student will….

1. Upload the recording promptly to a BU server (e.g., BU Google Drive);

2. Delete the recording immediately from their recording device;

3. Ensure limited permission access only;

4. Ensure that file access is password protected (e.g., BU seminar instructor or classmate need to log in using their BU credentials).

The BU course instructor or BU supervisor will oversee this process in conjunction with the field site supervisor.

Please Note: Your field site has ultimate authority about recording permissions and therefore, you should follow their guidance accordingly.
