They are a producer and artist whose work centers on queerness and community. They joined BU after three years at StageSource\u2014a local arts service organization that served the New England theater sector\u2014where they served as the Membership Manager and Internship Coordinator.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They received their BFA in Theatre Arts from Hofstra University in 2015. Shortly after graduation they tour-and-stage managed the international tour of <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kultar\u2019s Mime<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and launched a career in professional stage management in Boston and New York City working on productions such as Punchdrunk NYC\/Emursive\u2019s <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sleep No More<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and at many New England regional theaters. They are a proud member of the actors&#8217; and stage manager&#8217;s union, Actors\u2019 Equity Association. They are members of the Equal Opportunity Employment Committee and Gender Working Group, and have previously served on an AEA negotiation team.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">G has been a co-leader of Gender Explosion since 2019, a coalition of trans* theater and performance artists across the country. Gender Explosion aims to empower and create space for trans* artists in theater and the performing arts sector, and advocates on a local and national stage for equitable work opportunities and access to artistic spaces. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">G is also a producer of theater, drag, and other community events. They are one of the co-producers of\u00a0<em>R!SK<\/em>\u2014Boston&#8217;s only 18+ sober drag open stage\u2014alongside producer and performer Aster R*sk. Some select producing credits include\u00a0<em>FAT! An All-Fat Drag &amp; Burlesque Show, Oops! All Kings: An All-King &amp; Thing Drag Show, Performers For Palestine<\/em> (a direct aid benefit show), <em>Tales From Camp Strangewood<\/em> (Sparkhaven Theatre), and <em>Nosferatu the Vampyr<\/em> (Sparkhaven Theatre).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As an artist, G performs in drag<em>\u00a0<\/em>and creates multi-medium visual art<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
