Yoga, Zumba, Stretch & Breathe

So many of us are finding ourselves sitting much more than normal right now. It is more important than ever to keep ourselves moving! Take a break each week with Yoga, Zumba, and Stretch & Breathe live Zoom classes designed especially for BU employees! Flow, release, dance, stretch, and breathe!  No previous experience is necessary.

Participants will register one-time for all classes, then receive a zoom link for each specific class a week beforehand. The registration deadline is rolling one week before the first class meeting you wish to attend. The initial registration gives you access to all 14 Classes!  Each week, you will receive another registration via Zoom for the upcoming class.  Only register via Zoom for the ones you want to attend!

Classes will be held according to the following schedule:

  •  Tuesday, 5/12, 8-8:45 am: Yoga
  •  Wednesday, 5/20, 5-5:45 pm: Zumba
  •  Thursday , 5/28, noon-12:30 pm: Stretch and Breathe
  •  Tuesday, 6/2, 8-8:45 am: Yoga
  •  Wednesday, 6/10, 5-5:45 pm: Zumba
  •  Thursday, 6/18, noon-12:30 pm: Stretch and Breathe
  •  Wednesday, 6/24, 5-5:45 pm: Zumba
  •  Tuesday, 7/7, 8-8:45 am: Yoga
  •  Wednesday, 7/15, 5-5:45 pm: Zumba
  •  Thursday, 7/23, noon-12:30 pm: Stretch and Breathe
  •  Tuesday, 7/28, 8-8:45 am: Yoga
  •  Tuesday, 8/4, 8-8:45 am: Yoga
  •  Wednesday, 8/12, 5-5:45 pm: Zumba
  •  Thursday, 8/20, noon-12:30 pm: Stretch and Breathe
