About the Program

Washington probably provides more opportunities per square mile than any other BU program. No matter what your interests are–from politics to the arts to journalism, there is an internship and a home for you in DC.428982_247596451991810_2036345881_n

There are four programs available in DC: an internship program, a journalism program, a management internship program, and a summer internship program. Each combines Boston University classes with internships and real life experience. More information on the program can be found here.

Classes are taught at our center in Dupont Circle and students reside in our recently built residence hall in Woodley Park. The residence hall features three floors, each with six double bedrooms on a floor, a common area, and a fully furnished kitchen. The common area has cable television and each floor has wireless internet.

Both the residence hall and the office are near the majority of government agencies and bureaus, national and international cultural attractions, and historic landmarks.
