Keep your valuables and documents organized and secure.<\/p>\n

We offer BU students annual rental of a premium, heavy-gauge steel electronic safe\/privacy box. Easy to lock and unlock with a swipe of your Terrier Card or credit card (or by entering a PIN on the keypad), the safe can hold passports and other important personal documents, laptops, cameras, mobile devices, jewelry, pictures, and more.<\/p>\n

The application for our MicroFridge and Electronic Safe has moved to the BU Housing portal.\u00a0 Please follow this link \u2013 www.bu.edu\/myhousing<\/a> – to complete the application.\u00a0 Once inside the housing portal, you will see the MicroFridge\/Safe Rental application link across the top red ribbon.\u00a0 If you have any questions please contact us at vending@bu.edu<\/a>. we will contact you as soon as we can.\u00a0 We do not deliver safes to apartments.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Charges will be applied to the Student Account.\u00a0 Charges will applied after the first day of classes in the fall or Spring.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Delivery<\/h5>\n

    If you order before August 1st <\/span>you can even have the safe ready and waiting in your room when you get to campus for the fall semester.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    At the end of the academic year, just leave your safe in your room and we\u2019ll collect it free of charge.<\/p>\n

    Boston University is not responsible for loss or malfunction associated with the electronic safe\/privacy box.<\/em><\/p>\n

    Service, Repair and Move Out<\/h2>\n

    All our appliances are reliable and well maintained, but should anything happen as the result of defective parts or normal wear and tear, we offer repair service to our renters.\u00a0 To repair BU rental appliances send an email to: vending@bu.edu.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em> Include your name, U-ID, where you live and the issue with the appliance.\u00a0 When you are ready to move out just leave the safe in your room.
