STAR U (Columbia University)

STAR U at Columbia is an NIH-funded summer research program aimed towards providing students from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds in the biomedical sciences, with research experience in neuroscience and aging, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. STAR U is a structured, 8-week summer training program that will allow students individualized faculty mentorship. Participants will engage in seminars and professional development activities. Student housing, transportation, and a monetary stipend for the 8-week period will be provided.
