Student Facilitator

Student Facilitators (SFs) are the key to a new student’s experience during Orientation. From leading icebreakers to having candid conversations, SFs are responsible for setting the tone of Orientation sessions and making sure every student has a positive experience.

Student Facilitator Experiences

  • Facilitate various types of icebreakers to help students develop connections with their peers as well as keep them energized throughout session
  • Take attendance of your assigned student group and take a group photo
  • Create a safe environment for your group to feel comfortable to share and have candid conversations
  • Help students navigate campus by bringing them to their mandatory Orientation programming
  • Actively participate in conversations with incoming students in group settings, during meals, and during downtime between Orientation programs
