Canceled Trips

Once a trip is booked, your confirmation email will contain the cancellation procedures and polices printed at the bottom of the email.

In all cases when booking online or via agent, your reservation can be canceled within 24 hours at no cost.

After 24 hours, a non-refundable ticket cannot be canceled without penalty. Occasionally airlines may issue a partial credit or allow you to change the arrangements for a $250.00 change fee;  this is dependent on the reservation. When an itinerary is canceled with Shorts, it will be logged as unused with any value that is still available and can be reused within a year from the original booking date.

If you are not issued a credit for future travel or able to change the flight, the charges for the canceled trip must be expensed to a non-sponsored account as a cancelled trip.
