  1. Wonderful to have this back again!!!! I use to take my staff who were graduating to lunch to the old facility located in the GSU on the fifth floor!!! The menu looks YUMMY!!!!

  2. We ate there yesterday. It was a lovely meal but we weren’t sure about tipping our server. Are the workers getting adequate pay? We paid with Convenience Points but left a cash tip just in case.

  3. This new faculty/staff dining room, as well as the new Fuller Pub seem like wonderful missed opportunities to have our hospitality administration students involved in restaurant design, operations, and management projects. It’s disappointing that administrators didn’t think to have current students and future restaurant managers/owners buy-in, whereas at other university hospitality programs students are heavily involved in overseeing campus hotels and restaurants. Our small program gets overlooked all the time.

  4. I tried it last Thursday with a visiting scholar and was so proud to show off to University of Helsinki what BU has for its hardworking faculty. It is absolutely gorgeous. The food is scrumptious too. Not to mention the fireplace with the firewood that burns on and never gets consumed! It sounds like a symbol to me… #NoBurnout

    1. Faculty are allowed to bring guests however the dining room is limited on seating for large groups. Reservations can be made in advance for a table that can accommodate 5-8 guests by calling the dining room at 617-353-5109.

  5. My daughter is a B.U. alum. She is currently a Vice President at Care.com. and was inquiring if the Faculty Dining Room would be open during off hours for private events.
