  1. As someone who transferred into CLA (CAS) in 1971, I am happy to see the support provided to those looking to make the same move. Transfers have much to add to the university experience, and it is great that such support is available to guide in their transition.

  2. The increase in transfer admissions coincides with a decrease in freshman admissions from 4100 to 3400 students. Transfer student stats do not affect the USNews rankings.

  3. As a transfer student myself coming in, in 2015. It has been one of the most difficult decisions but also one of the most rewarding. I’m currently abroad in London on the last day of my internship at a law firm in the financial district and I couldn’t be happier about my decision to transfer. I met the love of my life, and I’ve been able to travel the world and be apart of this world class program all at the same time because of the resources and prestige of Boston University. I’ve definitely had my ups and downs but ultimately I’m happy and I don’t regret it. I graduate in May, and I’m so happy that BU is doing more to help the transfer community.
