  1. —-overcoming a feeling of stigma

You are looking from the wrong side of the fence: Overcoming those who project prejudice and discrimination, the concrete issues. You do not offer credence to any claim of “stigma”.

For many generations women offered cooperation with claims of rape/stigma. Late in the 20th century an empowered Women’s Movement stopped. No university in the US cooperates with rape/stigma, and none should cooperate with re-directing that term.

You empower people to recognize prejudice and discrimination, that they can address it. One can file a discrimination complaint only if they are educated to know they are facing prejudice and discrimination.

It is our job to provide that education.
