There are 5 comments on E-Cigarettes: Good Idea? Bad Idea?

  1. -Allegations of being a “gateway drug”
-No “long term study” to determine medical effects (remember, this is NOT a tobacco product)
-Active ingredient proven to be highly addictive in other forms
    -Highly marketed towards children

All these claims are used to justify the marijuana ban…

  2. yes we need some regulations on the E Cig community. but what the FDA has done has over-regulated and will take 95% of the products off the market. everybody wants regulations but sensible regulationsharm. harm reduction should be the goal but the government is in big tobacco pocket .it’s a shame with the FDA is doing to the ecig Community and is creating a black market for all these products

  3. To be fair all products that contain nasty nicotine or corrosive caffeine should be severely taxed to make them healthier. We have all seen the caffeine addicts lined up like red-eyed zombies waiting for their morning caffeine fix. Putting a tax per milligram on all sources of caffeine and nicotine would be fair and would allow governments to do many good things with the revenue.
