BU is a global institution. This year’s freshman class alone has students from 75 countries, and there are approximately 31,000 alumni living and working overseas on 6 continents.
As we kick off a new academic year, BU Today took a look around the globe to find out where social media conversation about Terrier Nation was cropping up. Over a two-week period, from August 17 to August 31, 2015, we mapped mentions on Twitter that used the following search terms: #bu2019, @bu_tweets, and Boston University.
