There are 11 comments on BU Takes On Cancer: Finding Lung Tumors Sooner

  1. What approach does BU take when their employees are battling cancer? Are they thoughtful, understanding, considerate and patient while an employee works battling cancer/

  2. Where are our future student Oncologist for cancer research????? we need to hear your voices help us fight cancer one cell at at time, one voice at a time….make today the day you make a difference in someone life.

  3. If only those who decide the fate of someone’s job were to endure cancer, BU employees may have had different, positive outcomes and been able to maintain a position at BU. We aren’t talking about cold with the sniffles.

    1. Hi Maureen, 50 comments on Hazing WOW!!!!!
I wish we had 50 comments at lease about cancer, which kills thousands of people each year, now we know the truth if people had time to write a comment on cancer, maybe their heart would of told them not to go to party where they were HAZED!!!!

  4. Can anyone donate directly to your research efforts? There are so many charities out there where 85% of the money one donates or more goes to; salaries, fund raising, so-called education, surveys and lousy statistics……rather than actual “in the lab research”.

I am just interested in creating a list of colleges or institutions doing promising cancer research that people can donate to that will actually put all of the money into the research department.

    1. Can some one answer Michelle question ????posted on 4/10/2012 at 10:59pm.

reply link Spira’s work is inspiring. Where can I find a copy of his research papers or any other literature pertaining to his lung cancer studies and experiments?

  6. This is a good article. However, more focus should be on helping people to kick their smoking habits and to slowly get rid of cigarettes in society so that the young would not have accesss to and get addicted.
