Opening Tasks for Questrom
- Unlock the door
- Clean counters and clear off equipment
- Log into ServiceNow. Set up filters to view Questrom-ITS and Questrom-LMS queues.
- Phones: Go to the Questrom Student phone and the FWD OFF (third on the MFD) button. You are now ready to take calls.
Closing Tasks for Questrom
- Forward student phone to lab (Phone: Press Forward All, then 85941) button)
- Clean Desk Area
- Clear the front counters of debris and wipe clean
- Check with the DS team
- If you are the last one in the room at 342 for the night, lock the door.
