Convert Thin Clients to kiosks

All the thin clients can be set up in a kiosk mode to point at the new account page. To set that up, do the following:

From the “BU Common @ Mugar” log on box…

1. Press and hold the right control key and select Cancel.
2. You will be asked if you want to log off. Select Yes.
3. After you select Yes, press and hold either one of the shift keys.
   (This will bring up a log on dialog to the thin client.)
4. Enter “ienew” as both the username and password.
5. Power cycling will revert the machine back to the thin client image.
