When working in the field with Client Technology Services (CTS), you work with specific CTS staff. If ever you are running late for work or locked out of an office, you will want to contact the specific CTS staff for your current location. You are always welcome to contact ITHC Student Management (ithcsm@bu.edu) but they might not have the quickest answer when it comes to something like a locked office or location-specific info.
