IS&T teams have resolved the incident with vendor assistance.<\/p>\n

Additional Information<\/h4>\n

IS&T teams are schedules to apply the new vendor reference architecture in the production environment on Sunday, November 16, 2014, during the change window.<\/p>\n

Current Status<\/h4>\n

IS&T teams have applied an interim recommendation from the vendor. Videos no longer appear to experience the buffering issue that clients have experienced. IS&T teams will continue to work with the vendor and have started planning additional phases of updates. We are on schedule to apply the new vendor reference architecture in the production environment on Sunday, November 9, 2014, during the change window.<\/p>\n
