Course sites loaded slowly.<\/p>\n<h4>Incident Description and Resolution<\/h4>\n<p>IS&amp;T teams have resolved the incident with assistance from the vendor.<\/p>\n<h4>Additional Information<\/h4>\n<p>Additional server resources were brought online.<\/p>\n<p>If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"update\">Previous Update<\/h4>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Incident Discovery Time:<\/strong> 11:30am on 12\/14\/2012<\/p>\n<p><strong>Services Impacted:<\/strong> Blackboard 8<\/p>\n<h4>Description of Impact<\/h4>\n<p>Blackboard 8 service is degraded. Course sites are loading slowly.<\/p>\n<h4>Current Status<\/h4>\n<p>IS&amp;T teams have worked with the vendor and have identified a way to resolve the issue.
