Documents were not available for retrieval or viewing. In addition, batch processing and scanning could not take place.<\/p>\n<h4>Incident Description and Resolution<\/h4>\n<p>IS&amp;T teams have resolved the incident by restoring the service from backup.<\/p>\n<h4>Additional Information<\/h4>\n<p>The backup restored data from Friday, 11\/2\/2012, just after 12AM.
