Clients who used mobile devices (such as iPhone or Android smart phones) that connect to BU&#8217;s Exchange mail servers via ActiveSync were unable to access this service. Clients could still access Exchange mail via http:\/\/xmail.bu.edu or through an email application such as Outlook.<\/p>\n<p>Incident Description and Resolution<br \/>\nIS&amp;T teams have resolved the incident. <\/p>\n<p>*** previous update ***<\/p>\n<p>08:00pm on 07\/21\/2011<br \/>\nIS&amp;T teams continue to investigate the cause of the incident.
