IS&amp;T staff continues to address minor residual issues.  If you have problems with an IS&amp;T service, please contact the Service Desk at 353-HELP (353-4357)<\/p>\n<p>Description of Impact:  A power outage within one of the primary IS&amp;T data centers has impacted several key IS&amp;T services.<\/p>\n<p>*** Previous update ***<\/p>\n<p>Start Time:  7:50am on October 17th, 2010<\/p>\n<p>Services Impacted:  Multiple IS&amp;T online services<\/p>\n<p>Current Status:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BU Today and Web Search have been restored.<\/li>\n<li>Portions of some web sites are still unavailable.<\/li>\n<li>  Course software, including Blackboard and Vista, has been restored though some content may still be unavailable.<\/li>\n<li>MyPrint has been restored, though printing in the IT Commons (Mugar) currently remains unavailable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All other affected services have been restored.<\/p>\n<p>Description of Impact:  A power outage within one of the primary IS&amp;T data centers has impacted several key
