Microsoft confirmed that an inadvertent configuration change was the trigger event for this issue.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Resolution<\/h4>\n<p><span>The<\/span>\u00a0recovery effort involved reloading configurations and rebalancing traffic across a large number of nodes to restore full operational scale.
