Description of Impact<\/h4>\n

Users off campus have been consistently experiencing “Authentication Timeout” errors when attempting to log in to the VPN. We have received numerous reports and tickets regarding this issue. Users are unable to establish a stable VPN connection, leading to a significant disruption in their ability to access remote resources. The timeout occurs regardless of the user’s network connection (wired\/wireless) off campus.<\/p>\n

Incident Description and Resolution<\/h4>\n

Verizon, our vendor, has reported that the issue is resolved.<\/p>\n

      Verizon, our vendor, has updated the service restoration to 11:22pm tonight, July 111th.<\/p>\n
