It was determined that this affected all membership and program registration.<\/p>\n<h4>Incident Description and Resolution<\/h4>\n<p>After much investigation by Information Security, Network, Systems Administration and Website teams, the Fitrec team were able to resolve the issue with their vendors.<\/p>\n<h4>Additional Information<\/h4>\n<p>The start time was adjusted to reflect the actual outage.<\/p>\n<p>If you continue to have issues, please contact the <a href=\"mailto:ithelp@bu.edu\">IT Help Center<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"update\">Previous Update<\/h4>\n<p><!-- more --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Incident Discovery Time:<\/strong> 10:00pm on 04\/20\/2025<\/p>\n<p><strong>Services Impacted:<\/strong> Auxiliary Systems<\/p>\n<h4>Description of Impact<\/h4>\n<p>The online registration system at Fitrec (https:\/\/myfitrec.bu.edu) is currently not available.
