It also prevented IT personnel from reaching their administrative tools.<\/p>\n<h4>Incident Description and Resolution<\/h4>\n<p>IS&#038;T teams have resolved the incident.<\/p>\n<h4>Additional Information<\/h4>\n<p>The cause of this incident is still under investigation.<\/p>\n<p>If you continue to have issues, please contact the <a href=\"mailto:ithelp@bu.edu\">IT Help Center<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"update\">Previous Update<\/h4>\n<p><!-- more --><\/p>\n<p> <strong>Incident Discovery Time:<\/strong> 05:20pm on 03\/11\/2024<\/p>\n<p><strong>Services Impacted:<\/strong> Jamf<\/p>\n<h4>Description of Impact<\/h4>\n<p>Jamf is down.<\/p>\n<h4>Current Status<\/h4>\n<p>Clients will not be able to use the Self Service app on their Apple computers. <\/p>\n<h4>Additional Information<\/h4>\n<p>Jamf is Apple management software. Until this issue is resolved, clients will not be able to use the Self Service app on their Apple computers.
