This will affected all authentication that relies on Duo including MyBU Student Portal, MyBU Applicant Portal, VPN, BUworks, Microsoft Office 365 applications, Bu Google, etc.<\/p>\n<h4>Incident Description and Resolution<\/h4>\n<p>The vendor resolved the incident.<\/p>\n<p>If you continue to have issues, please contact the <a href=\"mailto:ithelp@bu.edu\">IT Help Center<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"update\">Previous Update<\/h4>\n<p><!-- more --> <strong>Incident Discovery Time:<\/strong> 09:20am on 08\/21\/2023<\/p>\n<p><strong>Services Impacted:<\/strong> Identity &#038; Access Management (IAM)<\/p>\n<h4>Description of Impact<\/h4>\n<p>Duo is experiencing access issues. This will affect all authentication that relies on Duo including MyBU Student Portal, MyBU Applicant Portal, VPN, BUworks, Microsoft Office 365 applications, Bu Google, etc.<\/p>\n<h4>Current Status<\/h4>\n<p>From client feedback, it appears the problem may be almost resolved although we do not yet have official confirmation from the vendor, yet. Clients are encouraged to test to see if they can now get in.
