The error message states: &#8220;Delivery is delayed to these recipients or groups&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h4>Current Status<\/h4>\n<p>IS&#038;T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating. <\/p>\n<h4>Additional Information<\/h4>\n<p>Based on our current assessment, mail is continuing to deliver as intended, however delivery times may be throttled.
