We had a couple hundred of the 4682 AP&#8217;s that completed their upgrade about 15 minutes later but due to overlapping signal coverage for the most part Wi-FI service was back at 6:49 am.<\/p>\n<h4>Incident Description and Resolution<\/h4>\n<p>IS&#038;T teams have resolved the incident.<\/p>\n<h4>Additional Information<\/h4>\n<p>The cause of this incident was determined to be an update to the wireless access point.<\/p>\n<p>If you continue to have issues, please contact the <a href=\"mailto:ithelp@bu.edu\">IT Help Center<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"update\">Previous Update<\/h4>\n<p><!-- more --><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After an update to the Wireless controller, an unknown issue occurred and caused its failure. &#8211; 4000 Access Points are down.
