Clients have reported issues with both emailed surveys failing to deliver, and non-receipt of trigger-related email alerts.<\/p>\n<h4>Current Status<\/h4>\n<p>The vendor is currently investigating this issue. Real-time status is available via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qualtrics.com\/status\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Qualtrics Application Status Dashboard<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4>Additional Information<\/h4>\n<p>There are no workarounds for issues pertaining to email triggers\/actions.
