Full service has been restored.<\/p>\n<h4>Incident Description and Resolution<\/h4>\n<p>IS&#038;T teams have resolved the incident.<\/p>\n<h4>Additional Information<\/h4>\n<p>The cause of this incident was determined to be tied to a service outage with Verizon. Part of the Internet traffic to BU&#8217;s campus was coming through Verizon.
