The majority of ServiceNow functionality has been restored. As memory is increased, more functions will come back online.<\/p>\n<h4>Incident Description and Resolution<\/h4>\n<p>IS&#038;T teams worked with the vendor to resolve the incident.<\/p>\n<h4>Additional Information<\/h4>\n<p>The cause of this incident is under investigation.
