Full service has been restored.<\/p>\n<h4>Incident Description and Resolution<\/h4>\n<p>IS&#038;T teams worked with the vendor to resolve the incident.<\/p>\n<h4>Additional Information<\/h4>\n<p>The cause of this incident was determined to be a bug with Microsoft&#8217;s Distributed File System (DFS). Replacing a system which is providing DFS service with a new system of the same name causes the client machine to assume that it&#8217;s the same system and already has everything it needs.
