Previously connected clients may experience dropped sessions, and subsequently, are unable to re-connect.<\/p>\n<h4>Current Status<\/h4>\n<p>IS&#038;T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating with the vendor.<\/p>\n<h4>Additional Information<\/h4>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/bu.onbaseonline.com\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">OnBase web application<\/a> is still functioning as expected; if possible, please utilize it until the OnBase Unity client is available.
