Clients were seeing either a blank Duo screen or an &#8220;unknown error&#8230;&#8221; message when attempting to access BUworks. Two factor Duo authentication for Office365 as well as VPN were not affected. Full service has been restored.<\/p>\n<h4>Incident Description and Resolution<\/h4>\n<p>The vendor has resolved the incident. Clients will see either a blank Duo screen or an &#8220;unknown error&#8230;&#8221; message. This prevents access to BUworks. Two factor Duo authentication for VPN access as well as those using it for Office365 access are not affected.<\/p>\n<h4>Current Status<\/h4>\n<p>IS&#038;T teams have determined that this issue originates from the vendor as multiple organizations are affected.
