The OnBase upgrade and migration to the cloud have been successfully completed.\u00a0 Please be sure you are using an OnBase version 17 client to access OnBase.\u00a0 You will now login with your BU Shibboleth ID and password, and authenticate via Duo.\u00a0 Do not use your old OnBase password for the Unity and Outlook clients as you have in the past.<\/p>\n

If you need an updated OnBase client installed, please send a ticket to\u00a0ITHelp@bu.edu<\/a>\u00a0and request help from your desktop support area.<\/p>\n
