Full service has been restored.<\/p>\n<h4>Incident Description and Resolution<\/h4>\n<p>IS&#038;T teams have resolved the incident.<\/p>\n<p>If you continue to have issues, please contact the <a href=\"mailto:ithelp@bu.edu\">IT Help Center<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"update\">Previous Update<\/h4>\n<p><!-- more --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Incident Discovery Time:<\/strong> 10:58am on 06\/06\/2018<\/p>\n<p><strong>Services Impacted:<\/strong> E-mail &#8211; Office365<\/p>\n<h4>Description of Impact<\/h4>\n<p>Some clients on the Wheelock campus are unable to access Office365.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Work-around:<\/strong>The work around is to use the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/tech\/services\/cccs\/remote\/vpn\/\">BU VPN<\/a> or the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/tech\/services\/infrastructure\/networks\/wireless\/eduroam\/\">Eduroam netowrk<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4>Current Status<\/h4>\n<p>IS&#038;T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Next Update:<\/strong> This post will be updated when the issue has been resolved.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Some clients on the Wheelock campus were unable to access Office365.
