Users may have encountered one or more of the following:<br \/>\n-Opening a new Reply message results in a blank page\/pane<br \/>\n-Opening a new message results in a wheel while searching for a contact<br \/>\n-Contacts may not be displayed.<br \/>\nOutlook clients were not affected.<\/p>\n<p>Full service has been restored<\/p>\n<h4>Incident Description and Resolution<\/h4>\n<p>The vendor has resolved the incident.
