Blackboard (the vendor) confirmed that the issue was on their side affecting multiple institutions. The vendor has fully restored services.<\/p>\n<h4>Incident Description and Resolution<\/h4>\n<p>The vendor has resolved the incident.<\/p>\n<h4>Additional Information<\/h4>\n<p>The cause of this incident is under investigation by the vendor.
