Reports Available to Administrators Responsible for Position Budgets:<\/p>\n

How to Run – Position Budget – Funds Management Reconciliation report<\/a>
\nExecute this report to reconcile Funds Management position budget amounts against planned budget amounts. The report displays aggregated position budget amounts by Commitment Item as of a particular date for a specified Funds Center or Funded Program.<\/p>\n

How to Run – Position Management report<\/a>
\nExecute this report to display a list of positions that are active as of a particular date for a specified Master Cost Center, Funds Center, or group of Funds Centers. For each position, the following information is provided: budget amount, funding source, salary distribution and employee currently occupying the position.<\/p>\n

Training for\u00a0Position Budget\u00a0Reporting<\/h3>\n

Position Budget Reporting<\/a> – this training session is for administrators charged with developing and monitoring position budgets. The session is jointly presented by the BW trainer and a member of the Budget Office staff. The course is typically offered only once or twice per year.\u00a0To inquire regarding course schedule, contact Bill Stewart<\/a>, the BW trainer.<\/p>\n

Introduction to Labor Distribution Reporting<\/a> – once you have established position budgets, you may be responsible for monitoring employee payroll transactions at the summary or detail level. If so, this is the basic course that you should attend. The course is offered once per month.<\/p>\n
