New and Updated Reports<\/strong><\/h4>\n
Current Release: Financial Aid (7\/23\/26)<\/strong><\/h5>\n

There are six new certified reports available in the Financial Aid release, in two new folders: Financial Aid (FA1\u2013FA2) and Financial Aid Executive (FAX0\u2013FAX3).
\nFA1. Enrollment Report Builder for Aid Population<\/strong>
\nReport builder that starts from a financial aid characteristic and returns that population of students with their enrollment measures and term aid amounts for a single term. [7\/23\/26]
\nFA2. Student Aid History Report Builder<\/strong>
\nReport builder showing each student\u2019s aid term by term across the years they were enrolled, alongside enrollment measures. [7\/23\/26]
\nFAX0. Item Type Reconciliation<\/strong>
\nConfirms how each aid item type is configured \u2014 aid source, aid type, report code, federal ID, and GL attributes \u2014 for a chosen aid year. [7\/23\/26]
\nFAX1. Student Aid Award Detail Report Builder<\/strong>
\nReport builder showing individual, item-type-level award detail for a selected population as of one or more snapshots, with snapshot comparison. [7\/23\/26]
\nFAX2. Award Expense by Item Type<\/strong>
\nTotal awarded and offered aid expense by item type for the terms in an academic year, rolling up to the full year. [7\/23\/26]
\nFAX3. Tuition Discount<\/strong>
\nThe share of tuition covered by BU gift aid for a chosen population, term by term within an academic year. [7\/23\/26]<\/p>\n

Prior Release: Undergraduate Cohort (8\/6\/25)<\/strong><\/h5>\n

There are seven new certified reports available in the Undergraduate Cohort release, five cohort reports and two new enrollment dashboards.
\nC3. 1 ) Official Mid-Semester Retention Trends<\/strong>
\nProvides official retention statistics for defined undergraduate student cohorts. Tracks cohort progress toward degree completion and supports official reporting needs (including IPEDS Methodology). [8\/6\/25]
\nC3. 2) Official Mid-Semester Graduation Trends<\/strong>
\nProvides official graduation statistics for selected entering cohorts. Includes metrics with IPEDS exclusion methodology. [8\/6\/25]
\nC3. 3) Cohort History Comparison<\/strong>
\nCompare the full cohort retention and graduation history for up to 16 required terms after their entry term.. [8\/6\/25]
\nC3. 4 ) Latest Cohort Information<\/strong>
\nPrompted report to analyze cohorts with their latest enrollment information, even if they withdrew from the university or have already graduated. [8\/6\/25]
\nC3. 5) Individual Cohort History<\/strong>
\nPrompted report to analyze the individual students in a cohort over their undergraduate history (up to their 8th retention year). [8\/6\/25]
\nC2. 1) Graduate Enrollment Planning Dashboard<\/strong>
