You can also follow this video to <a href=\"https:\/\/support.office.com\/en-us\/article\/Video-Set-up-mobile-devices-with-Office-365-22ccc8e6-fa86-45ac-b83d-3e705a364845?ui=en-US&amp;rs=en-US&amp;ad=US#_Setup_email_ios\" target=\"_blank\">set up email on an iOS device<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Tap <strong>Settings.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>Mail, Contacts, Calendars.<br \/>\n<\/strong><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/tech\/files\/2015\/10\/iphone_exchange_1.jpg\" alt=\"iphone_exchange_1\" width=\"320\" height=\"64\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-94840\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>Add Account.<br \/>\n<\/strong><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/tech\/files\/2015\/10\/iphone_exchange_2.jpg\" alt=\"iphone_exchange_2\" width=\"320\" height=\"48\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-94841\" \/><\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Tap <strong>Microsoft Exchange.<br \/>\n<\/strong><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/tech\/files\/2015\/10\/iphone_exchange_3.jpg\" alt=\"iphone_exchange_3\" width=\"320\" height=\"81\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-94842\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Fill in the following information\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Email <\/strong>is your <strong>complete email address,<\/strong> which is\u00a0<em><strong>login@bu.edu<\/strong><\/em> (where <em>login <\/em>is your BU login name).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Password <\/strong>is your Kerberos password.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Description<\/strong> is the name your Exchange account will have on your device, and will be displayed in a list if you have more than one email account configured.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>Next<\/strong> to continue.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <b>Save<\/b>.<br \/>\nYour device will connect to the Exchange server with the information you have entered. It will take a few minutes to synchronize your device and the Exchange server. When it&#8217;s done, your most recent email, calendar items, reminders and Exchange Contacts will be viewable on your device.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The next step is to adjust a few settings for your Exchange account.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Tap\u00a0the account you just created to see the <strong>Exchange <\/strong>settings\u00a0page. Make sure the switches for <strong>Mail<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Contacts,<\/strong> <strong>Calendars, <\/strong>and<strong> Reminders<\/strong> are switched <strong>ON<\/strong> or <strong>OFF<\/strong>, depending on your preference.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/tech\/files\/2015\/10\/iphone_exchange_4.jpg\" alt=\"iphone_exchange_4\" width=\"320\" height=\"551\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-94843\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Then click the <strong>Mail Days to Sync<\/strong> button. Tap one of the options, depending on your preferences.
