Configure Apple Mail for Office 365<\/h3>\n
Note:<\/strong> If you have just been migrated to Exchange Online, we expect you will need to delete and re-add your account to Mac Mail using the following steps.

To delete the existing account:<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Go to your iPhone or iPad’s Settings.

  2. Scroll down and tap Apps > Mail > Mail Accounts
    \"\"

    <\/li>\n
  3. Your account should be listed under “Exchange.” Click on “Exchange.”
    \"\"

  4. Press “Delete Account”
    \"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To add an\u00a0account:<\/h3>\n

    1. Go to Mail > Add Account or go to Settings > Mail > Mail Accounts > Add Account<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Select Microsoft <\/strong>Exchange
        <\/strong>\"\"

      2. Enter your Microsoft 365, Exchange, or Outlook email address and a description of your account. Tap\u00a0Next<\/strong>.

        Tap\u00a0Sign In.
        <\/strong>\"\"
        Note:<\/strong> Tap Configure Manually<\/strong> if you need to enter server settings<\/a>.

      3. Enter your BU email and password. Tap\u00a0Sign\u00a0<\/strong>in.

      4. The Mail app may request certain permissions. Tap\u00a0Accept<\/strong>.

      5. Choose the services you want to sync with your iOS device and tap\u00a0Save.<\/strong>
